On the outside, it has the Powerful Six Prayer Symbol "Om Mani Padme Hum" in Tibetan Buddhism. The spinning action helps to repeat the "Om Mani Padme Hum" and the praying action.
On the inside is the well-known Chinese Buddhist poem, which translates, "There is no Buddha tree, and the mirror is not the place for worship. There is nothing (in front of me), where (why) could it get dusty?" It reminds us of the key philosophy of Buddhism - All is Void (The world is empty).

----- Buddhist prayers
Buddhism prayer is a spiritual dialogue that helps you center yourself mentally and emotionally. As you begin to pray, visualize the beings you mention as happy and peaceful. Envision your thoughts of loving-kindness reaching them, touching them, embracing them, and making them, happy, and peaceful.
Buddhist prayer is not meant as an offering to Buddha. Rather, it is a way to deepen your own spirituality. You can make up your own specific prayers, and think about your own ways to pray, as there is no wrong way to practice.
